Hello,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To ensure compliance with the savannah hosing requirement, it is required to
submit the source code of the project. see here:

As there is no existing source code, I'm currently closing this ticket.
You can submit a new project (or simply re-open this ticket) once there is
code to evaluate - please be sure to read the hosting requirement and write
