Hello
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To comply with the hosting requirements, there are few issues that need to be
addressed
(see http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php and
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly )
There are few files without copyright or license information (e.g.
'ECC/create_lrs.sh', many of the demo 'unit1.pas' files, and lpr/lrs files).
Please add a copyright statement and license notice to these files.
For files which can not contain this information (if the format does not
support comments), please mention them in the README file with explicit
copyright licensing information.
Also please note that the "GNU Library General Public License version 2.0" has
been superseded by the "GNU Lesser General Public License",
and it's highly recommended to update the license.
