Hello,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
Savannah has limited resources for hosting large projects,
and its goal is to host projects which are actively developed and maintained
(more information here:
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/ ).
It seems this is a fork/clone of a large existing project - do you intend to
actively maintain your own fork?
If your goal is to mainly create patches/add features then send them upstream,
Savannah is not the ideal place for that.
Other source-code hosting services will be better suited.
