Software hosted in GNU Savannah must be licensed under a GNU
GPL-compatible license. Your licensing strategy is incompatible with
the GNU GPL and with any free software license for that matter[0]. My
advice for you is to use the ordinary GNU GPL version 3 or later for
your software. See the following links for further info.
