Before we can accept your package you should fix a couple of issues
with it.
- Add copyright and license notices to the following file.
tools/parsetab.py
- Consider adding proper copyright notices[0] to the following files.
In particular, consider removing the "All rights reserved" sentence
as it confuses users in respect to what are their effective rights,
and probably has no legal validity in such circumstance (IANAL).
tools/lex.py
tools/yacc.py
