Follow-up Comment #3, task #13788 (project administration):
I'm not sure if I got that "That's not enough because
people may redistribute your files without distributing
the LICENSE.txt file along." part right.
As I read new BSD license, this is in clear violation
of items 1 and 2. I wouldn't bother in trying to enforce
license by having it in every file. After all, if we talk
about possibilities, people could redistribute code with
all copyright noticed stripped from all the files.
