Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To host a project on GNU Savannah, it must comply with the hosting
requirements:

Please add a copyright notice to all the source code files, in the following
format:
Copyright (C) YEAR author
at the top of the source files.
It is also recommended to move the license notice to the top of every file
(before other comments).
When the files are amended, please upload a new archive to the savannah
website (the "Attach Files" at the bottom of this page
https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?13938) and the project registration could
proceed.
