Thank you for updating the license. To comply with savannah's hosting requirements all files must have a clear license and copyright notices ( http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/ ) There are few files under 'aktrs/src/aktrs/message/*.java' that do not have any copyright/license information - please add it to them as well.
