Hello,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
Savannah is a source-code hosting platform with limited resources. As such, we
discourage submitting projects until some code exists.
Please provide an archive (e.g. tar.gz) with the source code files of the
project, by uploading it in the "Attach Files" section at the bottom of this
page: http://savannah.gnu.org/task/?14012
When the archive is uploaded, project registration could continue.
