Follow-up Comment #1:

Hello,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

Project hosted on GNU Savannah must following the hosting requirements:
http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php and
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly .

One such requirement is compatibility with all future GPL license version (by
explicitly stating "GPL version N or later).

Projects which are only GPLv2 (or GPLv3) can not be hosted on Savannah. See
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/GnuGplTwoOrLater/ .

I believe the Linux kernel source code as a whole is limited to GPLv2, and
thus can not be hosted on Savannah.

Additionally, due to our limited resources, we discourage hosting empty
projects without source code.

As such, I'm closing this request.

regards,
 - assaf
