Thank you a lot for the feedback, I think I've corrected what you mentioned:
now, all header files refer to GPLv3, I've added such header to all the files
I've left (Or, at least, is what I think), and there is another developer that
will help on the project.
Now, the header also mentions 3 or later:"either version 3 of the License, or
(at your option) any later version."
I've added the new file in "Attached Files" below, I hope it is correct.
