Files like Makefile.am, README, TODO only have copyright notice, but no
licensing terms; could you fix that?
Also, though ChangeLog and NEWS are not copyrightable, they will in the
future, so it wouldn't hurt to put such notices in them, too.
Oh! And you write "GPLv3+" in your tarball, but have claimed "GPLv2+" in your
submission; perhaps we should resolve this inconsistency.
