First, I don't believe you are a copyright holder of the text of the AGPL;
then, all copyrightable files (including README) should have appropriate
copyright and licensing notice, please check
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html; even when file format doesn't
allow embedding such notices (for instance, PNG), you should provide notices
in a README file in the same directory.
