Follow-up Comment #1:
All copyrightable files should have valid copyright and license notices [0];
this includes files like spicefile/README (usually GNU packages put a simple
permissive license [1]) and spicefile/spice2.h.
Also, it may make sense to update FSF's address, it has changed twice since it
was 675 Mass Ave (or use the URL like GPLv3 suggests).
Could you fix that?
