Follow-up Comment #4, task #14429 (project administration):
Glass_TTY_VT220.ttf serves no functional purpose (I just like the way it looks
as a font) and it can be removed if required.
The jquery-1.8.3.js is just the unmodified source provided by the jquery
project with the license header they provided.
It is part of the Web IDE component, which could be broken into a separate
project if required.
As for the gpl2+ selection, it was due to the fact that I did not see a gpl3+
option. and hopefully the attached fixes satisfy your other recommended
improvements
