I've changed the project's type to GNU on savannah.
You didn't create mailing-lists yet, so no need to adjust anything there.
I'm not sure about the website (whether the change would automatically
propagate to www.gnu.org). Can other admins chime in (Karl / Bob) ?

Please try to commit+push a change to the cvs webpages, and we'll see if the
website automatically appears in www.gnu.org/software/guile-cv .
If not, we might need to ping FSF admins.
