Follow-up Comment #23, task #14414 (project administration): If you can rewrite or avoid whatever is in that file, clearly that would be best from a licensing point of view.
Failing that, my only idea is to ask [email protected] if it can be allowed as an exception. Given the date, maybe, but it's not up to us.
