Should I resubmit the document with the copiryght and license notices ?
Also, I don't think I copied anything from Chassell's manual, it that's the
case it may be a few words in a sentence, but nothing more. In any case, his
book is published by GNU Press under the FDL 1.2+ (at least the paper copy I
have).
