Follow-up Comment #4, task #14517 (project administration):
Please take a look at the discussion I referred to. Essentially, the code is
already running at bugs.gnu.org. This request of mine is an attempt to
"salvage" it.
It would be ideal to submit the changes to Debbugs, but nobody has committed
to do this, so my idea was to start small.
