Thank you, I think pynpi is acceptable.
LICENSE still has no valid copyright and license notices; doc/npi.fr.rest
claims it's GFDL1.2+, but no FDL text is provided with the package; also,
what's the problem with adding the notices to MANIFEST and PKG-INFO?
