First, your submission says it's going to be a GNU package; however, GNU
packages should pass a specific evaluation
<https://www.gnu.org/help/evaluation.html> before they are submitted to
Savannah.
Then, you mention jQuery as a dependency. jQuery is not licensed under a
single license, its parts have different licensing terms. In particular, it
includes code under the OpenSSL license, and it makes jQuery GPL-incompatible,
with all programs using that library.
