Thank you for submitting your package!
You carefully added copyright and license notices to all *.c and *.h (by the
way, your application says GPLv2+, but your files say GPLv3+; what version did
you meant?), but such notices should come with every copyrightable file,
including makefiles, readmes, tests, the TeX files of your article, and more.
Could you fix that?
Also, please make sure to remove stray files like .gitignore, .log, and
probably files like *.aux; they make evaluation harder.
