First, we discourage short abbreviated system names like ftss; could you
suggest something more descriptive?
Then, all copyrightable files in your tarball should have valid copyright and
license notices <https://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/>, and
files like configure.ac and README have none; could you fix that?
