Unfortunately, your submission has a few issues to fix.
First, what license are you actually going to use for your package?
Then, please note that Savannah is a forge of the GNU Project. This means
that packages hosted here shouldn't refer to GNU/Linux as "Linux".
Also, please make sure that all copyrightable files in your tarball have valid
copyright and license notices.
