Thank you for submitting your package!
Unfortunately, we have to cancel your registration: your dependency, PyQt, is
GPLv3-only, so your work combined with it could only be distributed as GPLv3
(incompatible with the future versions), whereas Savannah hosting requires
that the package be GPLv3+-compatible.
