Follow-up Comment #1, task #15022 (project administration):
All copyrightable files should have valid copyright and license notices,
including files in test/ files and like HACKING. You should have learnt that
when you submitted stage0, why didn't you do that when submitting this
package?
Then, many files say they are part of stage0 or Mes; why not make mescc-tools
part of one of them?
