==== Description: ====
It is a function that obtains the modular inverse matrix of any given square
matrix using the Gauss-Jacques method.

The Gauss-Jacques metthod is published in an indexed journal at:

https://www.uaq.mx/investigacion/revista_ciencia@uaq/ArchivosPDF/v11-n1/art14_numerada-VF.pdf

This function does not use determinants nor the adjoint matrix.

The function is computationally efficient and bigger modular inverse matrices
can be obtained with it.

==== Other Comments: ====
It is part of linear algebra and numerical analysis knowledge.

It is very useful in computer science research, such Cryptography.
