Basically, I have two concerns with your submission.
* With doxygen documentation, it is hard to put proper copyright and license
notices to the output. I'd like to see that you'll be able to do that.
* This is not the first your package on Savannah, so you should be familiar
with Savannah policies. Why don't you follow them in this submission? It isn't
your intention to ignore them for all your registered packages, is it?
