Hi ineiev,
You are right. It's a quite old project and it stayed a long time on Gna!
(French Savanah) serveur until the server closed and I further decided to move
it to Savanah... So the licence is definitively Gnu-GPL3!
Do I have to re-submit the whole project or can you change the the declared
licence to GNU GPL3?
