It doesn't matter whether you create a registration on savannah.gnu.org or
savannah.*non*gnu.org, they are basically the same website. For example, this
task number in savannah.gnu.org <https://savannah.gnu.org/task/?15168>
redirects to this task, and https://savannah.nongnu.org/projects/emacs
redirects to savannah.gnu.org.
