Could you list major components of a completely free software implementation,
from interpreters/compilers to the operating system?
Then, the license notice in your file says it's copyrighted by the FSF? Why
does it do so?
Also, we discourage simplistic packages on Savannah: small single-file
programs could be hosted on a web page, they don't need a full-fledged
Savannah group. Have you considered making it a part of a bigger project?
