I'm sorry if it came across that way. We did think carefully about it and that
is the model that was approved by our legal department. We licensed the user
space part of the project as BSD3 and the kernel module as GPL/BSD3. If you
feel this should be different we certainly appreciate the feedback and are
prepared to make the necessary changes. Please let me know how to proceed.
