Follow-up Comment #1:
Savannah hosting requirements include compatibility with GPLv3 and any later
versions. GPLv3-only and LGPLv3-only is incompatible with that; as well, if
any of your dependencies are GPLv3-only, the combination of your package with
them shall be GPLv3-only which makes your package effectively incompatible
with the future versions of the GPL.
