No, I mean the device RCU speaks to. I do understand that RCU itself can run
under an OS like Trisquel.
The difference from hdup is: hdup is intended to connect to a device that may
run an FSDG-compliant distro, whereas RCU isn't.
If you provided some examples from Savannah that are really analogous, it
would mean that they need fixing rather than that we should add more such
packages to Savannah.
