Follow-up Comment #9, task #15711 (project administration):
When the license is short like X11 License, its complete text should be
included in the licensed files, not just a reference, unlike CMakeList.txt and
other files do (please check
https://savannah.nongnu.org/maintenance/ValidNotices/).
Then, your new tarball contains much fewer files; what will be actually
included in your distribution?
