First, we Savannah is a software forge for free software, not open source;
then, your license isn't quite simple, I'm not sure if it's GPL-compatible or
even free at all.
Your business model, offering a proprietary version of the package for a fee,
is also problematic for the purpose of hosting on Savannah.
