You use a short permissive license; it should be included entirely in every
covered file.

We expect that the developers maintain proper copyright status of files in
their packages, and this means that they must be able to identify problematic
files. The number of files in your package isn't very big; if I listed them,
probably I wouldn't be sure that you really know how to follow our hosting
requirements.
