Of course licensing is important to me and I believe that I've done what is
needed to resolve the problem. I thnk your words are a little strong. To say I
don't have any due attention and whether you can rely on me is grossly
incorrect. Some more specific guidance would be much appreciated so I can
bring the files to the correct standard.
