Follow-up Comment #9, task #16067 (project administration):
Your copies of the GPL and the LGPL differ by a few characters from current
GNU files; please update them from https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.html
and https://www.gnu.org/licenses/lgpl-3.0.html.
Files like test/all/semantics/semantics.org still have no valid copyright and
license notices. Next time, please check all copyrightable files before
submitting your new tarball again.
