Yes. I'm sorry I wasn't clear enough.

Nothing of this means that it shouldn't be a problem.  For example, software
under the Original BSD license like OpenSSL (the release series older than
3.0) was also packaged by Trisquel GNU/Linux and Debian, and of course it was
on Wikipedia (which includes articles about many proprietary programs, by the
way), however, it was problematic.
