Follow-up Comment #2, task #16556 (group administration): Chromium links to proprietary plugins. Plugins are optional and electron has no plugin bundled. The word "software" makes people misunderstand that part of proprietary code is there in electron, which is not true.
I will modify the MIT license part in the submission.
