Follow-up Comment #12, task #16584 (group administration): It seems to me, you misinterpreted it, again. COPYING.LESSER should contain the text of the GNU LGPL.
Please read the LGPL once more. The text is far from simple, but since you
use it for your package, you should understand it very well; if you don't, you
may end up with an unredistributable package, sooner or later.
