Here follows another attempt to upload the file.
I tried to add notices to .JSON files in _locales, but the WebExtensions
implementation of my browser doesn't accept comments specifically in the
locale-definitions. To work around this issue, I added a README file to that
directory.
I also removed my nickname and instead used only my full name. Additionally, I
replaced "this program" with the project name and added a paragraph in the
beginning of every license notice stating that the given file is part of the
current project.
