What you missed though I think was scrolling down. You saw the CVS option.
Below the CVS option is the Mercurial option.
I have enabled hg for your groff-pdfmark project. For historical reasons that
is created out-of-band with a cronjob in about a half hour and should appear
then.
After the repository appears then you should be able to publish your
repository to it.
