Follow-up Comment #5, task #16660 (group administration): I also fixed all the file headers to point to the according License files and added those in a seperate folder: GPL3 (and CreativeCommons0 for some of the README's) and added the newest GPL3 from https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-3.0.txt
