Thank you; though small 11 non-empty lines don't differ from 10 lines very
much, but it does't hurt.

No, you shouldn't add your name unless you make copyrightable changes to the
file.  I mentioned it to establish the fact that you did copy some texts
rather than wrote them yourself.

Can you look for other such texts in your tarball?
