Follow-up Comment #2, task #16667 (group administration): Thank you for reviewing my submission. I believe I understand each of the comments, except for the instruction to make sure that all copyrightable files in tarball have valid copyright and license notices, I checked each header file and source file, and I believe each of them already has the required copyright and license notices, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
Or do I need to also include these notices in the Makefiles and/or Readme.md?
