Follow-up Comment #20, task #16658 (group administration): Here's a new tarball. Every file that's not a license file now has a license notice on the top.
To make this possible, dependencies on the following commands were added. No
particular implementation is needed, but on my computer they're all either in
GNU Coreutils or built into sh.
- tr
- cut
- echo
- cat
- rm
- mv
