Follow-up Comment #1:

In order to evaluate a submission, we need a tarball with something
substantial; even if it doesn't contain a complete functional software
package, we should be able to get a general idea about it.  Packages are
submitted by their developers so that we can see whether they are willing to
follow our hosting requirements.

Now, you say that your package is a fork; however, what you submit is the
original package; it looks like your fork doesn't exist, so in fact, you are
not a developer yet.

Please re-submit when you have something we could evaluate.

Less important, but still essential: for free software developers, it's very
important to know the licenses of their package dependencies and how those
licenses affect their package.  The developers who don't understand that may
end up with a package that is effectively nonfree.

A great way to start would be to list your dependencies with their licenses.
Please provide links to find the distribution terms for each dependency.
