Is there a reason why the Emacs git repository is visible using gitweb, but not cgit?
gitweb works ok:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/gitweb/?p=emacs.git;a=summary
[and Emacs appears in the top-level gitweb project listing]
but cgit doesn't:
http://git.savannah.gnu.org/cgit/emacs.git/
[Emacs also doesn't appear in the top-level cgit project listing;
I made the above cgit URL following other cgit-visible URLs as a guide.]
